Looking for a tasty dose of Vitamin C and fibre? Try a Manitoba blueberry.

According to the Agriculture Manitoba website, a 100 gram serving of blueberries contains about 310 per cent of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C. The Mayo Clinic website, meanwhile, reports that 1 cup of fresh blueberries has 84 calories, and 3.6 grams of fibre. Research suggests blueberries are a good source of phytonutrients, which may help prevent urinary tract infections. They are also reported to be helpful in improving short-term memory and healthy aging.
