Hope for Wellness Helpline is available 24/7 offering support for Indigenous people across Canada by phone at 1-855-242-3310 or online.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers support 24 hours a day, including culturally-sensitive services in more than 200 languages, including Indigenous counsellors and an Indigenous Resource Consultant able to assist clients in connecting with an Elder or seeking other culturally appropriate healing services.
