The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is comprised of approximately 27,000 health care professionals and support staff and encompasses over two hundred health services, facilities and programs including tertiary hospitals, community hospitals, long term care centers, personal care homes and community health offices.
Allied health practitioners make up about 10 to 15% of the WRHA workforce and can be found in acute care, long term care and community sectors. This segment of the website is designed to provide information to allied health practitioners in the Winnipeg Region.
