Accountability-Based Programming

Within the WRHA, we define "accountability" as "people's ability to count on each other to get things done." Increasing accountability at all levels improves performance, for individuals, within teams, and in leadership across our organization as a whole. Organization & Staff Development offers programs to strengthen and support integration of Accountability within our organizational culture. Working with a core accountability-based model, we use specific tools and systems to develop the unique strengths of each team, with a systematic approach that is measurable and sustainable.

Accountability concepts are integrated within all of our services but specific programs include Strategic Coaching, Accountability in Action and the Agreements for Excellence™ team-based working session.
