OSD is a department of the WRHA Human Resources Division. Our staff provide developmental opportunities for staff working across the Winnipeg Health Region, in hospitals, community-based services, personal care homes and clinics.

OSD coordinates, supports and delivers a range of educational programs for health sector staff and within the  following broad subject areas:

Management & Leadership Development Programs & Services

Personal and Professional Skills Development for All  Staff

Through its Organizational Development Consulting services, OSD also supports enhanced organizational effectiveness and change management, through  a range of developmental services to teams, departments and groups within the  Winnipeg Health Region.

Finally, OSD also manages specific Workplace Wellness Initiatives available to health sector staff.
