Welcome to the new Organization & Staff Development (OSD) website.

We provide developmental opportunities for staff working across the Winnipeg Health Region, in hospitals, community-based health services, personal care homes and clinics.

We understand the challenges faced by staff working in the health care environment. We offer a variety of services to expand and sharpen the knowledge and practical skills of health care staff, and to enhance the effectiveness of teams in the workplace.
