Second Shot Not Required for Healthy Children

Healthy children between 3 and 9 years of age who have received their first H1N1 flu shot no longer need to to return for a second shot.

Children between 6 months and under 3 years old, and those between 3 and 9 years old with chronic health conditions, should return for a second dose 21 days or more after their first shot.
