Gluten Free Products are available for purchase from WRHA Nutrition and Food Service by Personal Care Homes to accommodate the immediate and ongoing needs of residents admitted with Celiac Disease. Gluten free diet excludes all foods and ingredients derived from wheat, rye and barley, triticale and all derivatives. Texture Modified Products are available for public purchase from WRHA Nutrition and Food Service when recommended by a Registered Dietitian. Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization supporting individuals with nutritious meals in the community. The WRHA Nutrition and Food Service supports the program through meal assembly and heating for delivery.
