Aboriginal Retention for Managers

Building a representative workforce involves strategies to sustain new and existing employees.  This workshop will deepen understanding on various aspects of service delivery, policy, and practice; we will look at moving from awareness to action.  The workshop explores the themes and issues emerging from participant experiences and knowledge to identify concrete and productive ways which lead to:

  • Improved retention for Aboriginal employees
  • Creating an environment that values diversity'

Traditional Territories Acknowledgement
