Patient concerns and feedback

Please take a moment to tell us how we’re doing.

All care providers, staff and doctors in the Winnipeg Health Region want to provide you, your family and community with safe, quality health services. We want to hear from you so that we know when things went well and when we could have done a better job.

When you have a concern, we want to work with you. Telling us about your experience can help us improve your care and the care of others. The privacy of the patient, resident or client will be protected at all times under the Personal Health Information Act.

Talk with a person at the place where care was received

If you have questions or concerns about the care you or a family member received, it is best to begin by talking with a person at the place where care was received.

Contact WRHA Client Relations

If you have already spoken to someone at the place where care was received for example the clinic, community office, hospital or personal care home and you still need to talk to someone about your questions or concerns, please contact the WRHA Client Relations Coordinator.

Report a Critical Incident

In some cases, unintended serious harm may happen to a patient, resident or client. This unexpected situation is called a Critical Incident. Anyone can report a critical incident. You can call anytime, 24 hours a day if you think a critical incident has occurred.
