Tenant Resource Programs


Designed for individuals living in elderly persons housing complexes, tenant resource programs can help residents find services to help with their daily needs.

The tenant resource coordinator develops and coordinates a service plan for the tenants of the building and/or for a collection of housing complexes.

Examples include:

  • Grocery shopping
  • Transportation
  • Errands
  • Advocacy
  • Information and referrals
  • Electronic surveillance check
  • Friendly visiting
  • Income tax
  • House cleaning
  • Translation
  • Filling out forms
  • Health clinics
