The Breast Health Centre is located on the main floor of 400 Tache Avenue, closest to the Tache street entrance. It may also be accessed through the back door entrance.

Metered parking is available on the street. There is also a parking lot directly behind the building that may be accessed off Dollard Boulevard. Additional parking is available all around the St. Boniface Hospital.
