As part of its efforts to implement a consistent approach to the MAID process in Ontario, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) engaged the Centre for Effective Practice (CEP) to develop a resource to support clinicians (physicians and nurse practitioners) with the provision of MAID.
